March marked the first of several festivals across the country celebrating the cult-classic film, The Big Lebowski, beginning with Lebowski Fest West in Los Angeles. Several bowling centers capitalize on the event by taking part in the festivities. The Cal Bowl was host site for the bowling portion of the Los Angeles event, which attracts devoted fans of the film from all over the country.
